Neuro-Affirming Evaluations

Enhanced ADHD and Autism Evaluations and Beyond

Smarter Assessment. Greater Access.

Evaluations can be life-changing. That’s why I offer a neuro-affirming assessment process designed to be both high-quality and efficient. My carefully selected approach follows current best practices and clinical standards, while prioritizing clarity, relevance, and accessibility.

“Neuro-Affirming”

“Neuro-affirming” means recognizing that your unique nervous system is worthy of respect and celebration. Rather than focusing on deficits, this evaluation highlights your strengths, identifies your needs, and explores accommodations to help you thrive.

  • A clear, respectful assessment of:

    • ADHD and executive functioning

    • Autism spectrum differences (including late-identified and masked presentations)

    • Sensory, social, and emotional regulation patterns

    • Strengths, challenges, and functional impact

Many clients come in feeling confused, misdiagnosed, or exhausted from trying to “figure themselves out.” These evaluations are meant to bring understanding, validation, and usable clarity.

  • I use a clinician-directed, streamlined assessment process that will include:

    • Structured diagnostic interviews

    • Developmental and life-history review

    • Autism-specific observational assessment

    • Cognitive and executive functioning testing

    • Standardized questionnaires (client and collaterals)

  • This may be right for you or your child if you:

    • Suspect ADHD or autism

    • Feel previous diagnoses never fully explained your experience

    • Are navigating burnout, overwhelm, or executive functioning challenges

    • Are navigating persistent home or school behavioral issues

    • Want clarity for personal understanding, school or work accommodations, or documentation

    • An unrushed, supportive evaluation process

    • Clear explanations along the way

    • A strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens

    • A detailed written report

    • A feedback session focused on understanding and next steps

    • The full neurodevelopmental evaluation costs $1000. This fee includes all assessments, scoring, interpretation, and a detailed written report.

    • You will also receive a comprehensive feedback session to review results and discuss next steps.

    • I offer an optional package of three integration sessions for $400 (a discounted rate). These sessions provide ongoing support post-evaluation to help you process insights and implement recommendations.

    • I am in-network with BCBS insurance and submit claims directly to them.

FAQ

Who are these evaluations for?
These evaluations are designed for children, adolescents, and adults seeking clarity around ADHD, autism, executive functioning, or related neurodevelopmental differences. I work with children 8+ through adults.

How long does the evaluation process take?
The full process typically takes several weeks from start to finish. This includes time for completing questionnaires, in-office assessment sessions, careful interpretation, and report writing.

Will I receive a formal diagnosis?
If diagnostic criteria are met, diagnoses are provided using current clinical standards. Diagnosis is offered as a tool for understanding, access, and support—not as a label meant to define or limit you.

What can I use the report for?
Your written report can be shared with schools, colleges, employers, physicians, prescribers, and other providers to support accommodations, treatment planning, and services.

Building understanding is the key to a happy life.

Healing Through Evaluation

I believe diagnosis can be a powerful, liberating tool that deepens self-understanding and offers new perspectives. For many, it’s a life-changing step that opens access to supports, accommodations, and helps others better understand who you are.

The evaluation process itself can be healing—sharing your story with a caring professional often brings insight, validation, and hope.
