Therapy for Teens & Adults
Many of my clients are neurodivergent teens or adults with ADHD or autism. Others simply identify as sensitive or perceptive people who want space in therapy to process their world, their stress, or trauma. I help people work through relational issues, school challenges, identity transformations, family stressors, and emotional upset.
I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals, girls, and women.
My Therapeutic Approach
My practice draws on many perspectives, including mindfulness, compassion, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nervous system awareness. I provide neurodivergence-affirming therapy.
In session, I will talk to you about your views, your struggles, and your values. As I get to know you, we will form a clearer understanding of the issues at hand and the underlying patterns that might need to change. I guide thoughtful, gentle explorations of feelings, helping you learn how to better approach your own emotional terrain.
Therapy Logistics
Sessions are 55 minutes long and can be in-person in Bozeman or via telehealth anywhere in Montana.
I accept private-pay and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I will submit claims directly to BCBS.
If you have a difference insurance, I provide a superbill for out-of-network clients to help with reimbursement.
